Members working at Weetabix in Coburg secured their new three-year contract at a ratification meeting on October 20, 2012. Members will benefit from wage increases of 1.5% in the second and third year of the agreement, and those who acquire a new skill will receive a bonus of $350 per skill. A lump sum payment will be received by workers at a new classification and will be harmonized for members who are being paid at a lower classification.

New health and welfare benefits include massage therapy while members are now able to use their vision plan payouts for corrective eye surgery. New bereavement language as well as a new summer vacation rotation is an improvement for all members.
