with knowledge. We must take steps to prevent the occurrence
and transmission of these diseases and be familiar with the
symptoms.

others can worsen due to work or personal reasons and also
cause problems at work.
In addition, there are hazards that you need to be aware of
when performing even the simplest tasks at work - such as
lifting, prolonged standing, poor lighting and excessive noise.
