Problems at Work?

If you have any questions or concerns about your workplace, here are some steps to help you get the answer you need:

Contact your Union Steward to discuss any issues or concerns you have. If you don't know who your Steward is, ask other members in your workplace. Your Steward is your frontline advocate and is knowledgeable about your Collective Agreement and your rights in the workplace.

If your Steward is unavailable, you can contact your Union Representative.

If you don't know who your Union Rep is, call your Regional Union office. If you're not sure which office to call or if you work/live in the GTA, call the main office at 1-800-565-8329.

Once contacted, your Rep may assist you personally or arrange for you to meet with your Steward.

If you are still unsuccessful in getting the assistance you need, you can contact your Regional Director or the President. Call your regional office or the main office at 1-800-565-8329.

We are a highly democratic Union and are always available to assist and support you.

Youth can contact the Youth Committee anytime for direction and support.
