Brantford Come out to celebrate the 62nd Annual Soap Box Derby on Icomm Drive on September 3, 2018. To take part in the derby, registration starts at 8 a.m. and the race starts at 9 a.m. For full rules on the Soap Box Derby, visit the Brantford Labour Council website.

Kingston Gather at 10:00 a.m. at City Hall for the parade. Then, join Your Union for a picnic at McBurney Park after the parade until 2 p.m.

Sudbury Celebrate Labour Day by walking in the parade with Your Union & then joining us for a great BBQ afterward!
The Parade starts at 10 a.m. at Bell Park. The BBQ Picnic runs from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Delki Dozzi Park (3 Mary Street). Bring lawn chairs, blankets, & sports equipment!

REGISTER: Members should register by filling out the sign up sheet on their Union bulletin board at work by August 24, 2018.

Toronto Meet up at 8 a.m. on the East Side of University Ave near Richmond Street West for the annual Labour Day Parade through downtown Toronto.
Collect pledges to raise money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada (LLSC) too!

Sarnia 116th Annual Sarnia Labour Day Parade hosted by the Sarnia District Labour Council
Time: 9:30 a.m. – Noon
Location: Starts at Christina and Wellington Streets and heads north on Front St. ending at Centennial Park. All are welcome.

Waterloo Labour Day Picnic
Noon – 4 p.m.
Waterloo Park (Westmount Road entrance)Free hot dogs, hamburgers, and corn on the cob with a donation to the United Way.Children’s area with face painting, play area, and balloons. Plus, live music!Visit the Waterloo Regional Labour Council website.
Windsor Annual Labour Day Parade & Family Entertainment
9 a.m. – Noon
Parade starts at 10 a.m. (marshalling begins at 9 a.m.) from the Unifor Local 444 Union Hall. Parade route takes you alone Walker Road and turning onto E.C. Row Service Road to the Fogolar Furlan Club where the rest of the day’s activities take place.
Enjoy bouncy castles, free hotdogs and drinks, face painting, a car show, and special guests.
