Everyone enjoyed a great day of crafts and BBQ, and prizes were given out for Best Card Design and Best Layout Design. In addition, there was a prize table and a draw for an Apple iPad Mini, which was won by Kimberly Heipel who is a member at Fortinos #50.

A photo booth was set up so the scrapbookers could take a break from their layouts and get a bit goofy in front of the camera.

The day raised $1,800 for the LLSC and a great collection of new stuffed toys were collected for, and delivered to, McMaster Children’s Hospital. Event organizers would like to give a special thank-you to our members at Metro #58 in Cambridge, and Jane Ramsay from Rexall #8203 in Brantford, for their involvement in collecting toys.
