March 8 is International Women’s Day!
Celebrating Solidarity & Sisterhood
International Women’s Day is celebrated around the globe to mark the many achievements of women and girls. Through campaigns, events, protests and more, International Women’s Day activists seek to raise awareness about the continued struggle for equality, respect, and even the most basic human rights for women and girls throughout the world.
This year’s theme is BE BOLD FOR CHANGE! Take the pledge on how YOU will BE BOLD at the International Women’s Day site www.internationalwomensday.com/BeBold.
Share your message of support and activism through social media using #beboldforchange and help create a more inclusive, gender equal world.
