Rosewood Senior Living ratifies new agreementThe approximately 26 members at Rosewood Senior Living Erie Glen in Leamington ratified a new three-year agreement on April 8, 2021.

Wages will increase 2% across the board to all rates and classification retroactive to the date of expiry of CBA.

The in lieu sick premium will increase to $0.60 per hour beginning January 1, 2022.  Vision care coverage increases to $325 every two years effective January 1, 2022. After three years of employment members will receive an extra paid float day per year.

The agreement will be changed to reflect gender neutral language throughout and new language regarding domestic violence leave and confidentiality assurances will be added.
